This week I logged a query wrt an expired card. It was on behalf of a deaf colleague. The lady that assisted me, Abegail Magoro, was amazing. She was friendly and very efficient. She also dealt with the query in a timely manner and was unfailingly polite and a delightful person to deal with. These 5 stars are for Abbie. She deserves them
