A star Agent!

I must say incredible, efficient and convenient customer service is hard to come by these days but OnePlan pet insurance seems to get it right every time.

And this is due to their great customer support agents. More specifically an agent called Mapaseka, who always, and I mean always goes above and beyond any other agent I have spoken to. In fact, I simply just ask for her.

Great at explaining, can do attitude, problem solver, super packed with info in no time at all. I hardly wait longer than 3 minutes for a response at anytime of day.
