A quick turnaround....
<div>After attempting to access the member website (being upgraded), calling the Whatsapp number to no response and a full mailbox, then being cut off after waiting several minutes on their main number, I was frustrated! I called one last time, which was quickly answered by Renee ***ley in Customer Service. She was truly an angel in disguise, as she easily and sweetly answered all my questions, forwarded information I requested and quickly turned a very frustrating experience into a pleasant and easily resolved one. Thank you, Renee!</div>
