A little effort that really helped.
Initially i had stuffed up a claim from earlier in in ther year, i needed to see a doctor today and i couldn't because of the outstanding balance..
Sibonginkosi Took the time to explain to me why my claim was rejected and how i could fix it. I promptly submitted all the documents and she fixed the issue.
I am greatful for her excellent service
