a huge shout out to Nompumelelo Moloi - for resolving my questions quickly and efficiently. I did try over the weekend and was getting frustrated with the responses as they did not answer my question. Nompumelelo answered both very promptly. Highly recommended, I have been very impressed with Oneplan pet insurance
