A Company that just takes and makes excuses

I have enquired about your dental cover and I do not understand how this works , the average going rate for a dental clean is R2000+ , not even on your higest plan do you over enough to cover even 50%? How does it benefit me to pay R600 n month and you do not even cover half of the bills? This is not the first time we have struggled with one plan , you always have a excuse when it comes to a pay out , you refuse to pay for emergencies saying that my dog pooing blood and throwing up is not emergency enough and that it was a standard vet visit ,at 4 in the morning on a Saturday??? and now I can't even take my dog to have her teeth sorted because I am basically paying a instalment that you will be paying back. Useless , worst animal cover I have ever experienced , even dotsure would be of better assistance than one plan
