I have had my dog with Oneplan health insurance for the past 6 years, and in this time she has suffered some rather expensive and unexpected health scares. From day one, Oneplan has more than fulfilled its obligations.
During this time, we have had to endure several operations and each time the cost has been covered by Oneplan up to the plan's limit. Not only this but in each case, the specialist vet has made very positive comments about Oneplan.
The communication between the vet, Oneplan, and me has always been simple, clear and helpful. Something I value greatly when already dealing with a difficult situation surrounding my dog's health.
