Thank you so much to Wisane Hlongwane for her kindness and professionalism my call earlier today. It is a pleasure to be with an insurer where the customer care agents go the extra mile and show great kindness and compassion while doing so. I have been with OnePlan Pet Insurance since 2019 and the service has always been outstanding.
