A Big Shout out to OnePlan Insurance!
I just want to appreciate Oneplan Insurance team,from the finance department to the call centre agents. I've been with the insurance for two years now and I just want to say you are doing an amazing job.I have never struggled when submitting a claim or even ask for advice.The call centre/whatapp is quick and assist the best way they can,they even call you back if your call gets cut off. I gave birth few months back and my baby had to be admitted to ICU and you guy's didn't fail me,you paid the hospital every cent.I'll forever be grateful for that,as you've been with me at my lowest.
