There were a lot of things I didn’t understand as this was a hospital visit but Kim Street was toooooo patient, she emailed me & the vet whenever there was an update in detailed and called me. I have my fur baby with me back home & healthy and couldn’t be happier. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would and I’m also very grateful for OnePlan for covering my fur baby
