I wrote a review approx a month or so ago about the pathetic service I received from Oneplan Pet insurance. I went as far as complaining on their Facebook page. I was contacted by Luciano Moseleni on FB messenger.

Luciano has been a breath of fresh air. He has been so courteous, helpful and even compassionate. Something I am definitely not used to when dealing with Oneplan staff. I was on the verge of cancelling my Oneplan policy due to the very *********** call center staff but thanks to Luciano's excellent customer service s****s, I have decided not to. Luciano has gone above and beyond including giving me feedback and keeping me updated throughout my claim process and has proved to really be an asset to Oneplan.
