5 Stars are not enough!

The excellent service continue. One would expect a company to deliver excellent service just to get you to sign up, after all it is a business. But to my surprize, Oneplan is not just any business. You guys have really done a phenomenal job in recruiting your customer care consultants, especially in the media team. On friday I had to compliment Jozelle for her great work, and even after I did that, she continues delivering excellent service. Thank you Jozelle for keeping your promise of sending my mom her documents as promised, and for going the extra mile today by calling her and asking if she there is anything she would like rectified or explained in her policy documents. Where has Oneplan been all these years, people NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOU! 5 Stars are not enough. #GREATbusiness.
