5-Star Service from One Plan Agent Sibonginkosi Zondo
I received an SMS notification from One Plan today informing me that my new One Card had been shipped to my previous (incorrect) home address. This SMS included the number for the customer care line should I need to make any changes. I had been a bit anxious since new tenants had moved into my previous home address and I was afraid that the action couldn't be reversed.
When calling One Plan's customer care line, I followed the prompts and was quickly put through to Nkosi. Within 5 minutes she had done all the necessary security questions, confirmed my new address and made sure that the delivery address was changed. Thank you, Nkosi for your friendly and efficient service!
I find One Plan to be a great and affordable alternative to medical aid. I have never had any issues with customer service or with any of my claims. I would definitely recommend them.
