I had to cancel my policy due to financial difficulties. I started a live-chat with Jozelle on the Oneplan Pet insurance website. She was efficient, fast and empathetic. I was so relieved to be able to speak to someone who was as warm as she was! This is an employee to grab hold of and is an asset to Oneplan. Thanx Jozelle!
