3 months to receive card
Hello
I registered for one plan medical insurance more then 3 months ago and I haven't received my card yet. I keep on using the whatsapp Plat form to get information on when I will be receiving the card and I was told there is a back lock and I will receive the card in 7 days and it's been 3 months, this is the answer I keep on getting. I tried to pick up the card my self at the Mandela office as one of the whatsapp consulated had told me the card is ready but still at the office and awaiting delivery but when I massaged again I was told the card has not yet been printed and it will be printed and delivered in 7 days this was 3 weeks ago.
I can't understand this kind of delay, I am not a person to leave reviews but I got on here trying to figure out if there is a real problem or what is happening, my son has been sick twice and I needed to sort from pocket as I didn't have the card.
I am worried and will cancel as I am worried that a card take more then 3 months to arrive I can't even start to imagine what happens at the claims department.
The service is very disappointing 😞
