I just want to share my experience with oneplan. Never had I have to complain. When I requested something or were in need of assistance it was given to me with so much respect and politeness. I never felt unvalued as a costumer on even felt like I was in a bad situation. One plan overall has good, well trained, hardworking, dedocated staff members.
