Oneplan doesn't see my fur baby as just another number is the system, they understand that he is part of my family and it is really so nice when interacting with the Oneplan team that they also enquire about my fur baby's recovery after the operation. Today I received fast, friendly, effective and efficient assistance from Elaine Roets, but most of all she was very caring. Thank you for yet another pleasant experience.
