<p>I had a problem regarding cancellation of my policy and I got no response via email, phones were not answered when I called, Its very frustrating.</p> <p>I eventually got threw I was transfered to a representative Palesa Kgatle she helped calm me down and explained things in a clear professional manner and I then knew things will be done. There should be more representatives like her. </p>
