Zero rating - Wrong shoe size delivered

How absolutely disappointing I ordered running shoes and they sent me the wrong size!!!!! My first order through the company and it is a total disaster. Very unprofessional and negligent, let us hope their warehouse addresses a simple attention to detail and quality check problem.
