Zero Customer service

<p>I bought one of the deals on 12 Jan. I sent through the proof of payment and recieved a mail confirming the placement of the order and that they recieved my proof of payment.</p> <p>When i checked up on my order days later it states that they are waiting for proof of payment. So i wanted to contact them to find out what the issue was.... There is no way to get hold of any one from One Day Only... there is no contact number at all... the only way is to cmplet a contact email that will be sent to them. that looks like it just gets ignored... no reply to my querry at all... i then sent a second request to sort out the issue,, today is the 23 rd Jan. still nothing has been done... will i ever get my money back????? Will i ever get hold of someone ????? i dont know... Good luck to any one that use them and there is an issue... my advice , stay away....</p>
