YOUR SERVICE SUCKS and is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

One Day Only Claims to have the Best Prices but the WORST SERVICE you can get, you cannot even speak to a person , but have to communicate with an email. I placed a order for an item , which I require urgently ( Back Pack) . On Friday 6/12/2024 part of my order is despatched but not received. Part 1 arrives Monday 9/12/2024, part 2 is nowhere to be found. The parcels normally get dilivered by the same driver all the time. On Saturday 7th December the driver (DPD Laser) gets Hijacked and my parcel is also taken which is Part 2. When the driver comes on Monday Part 1 , I ask where is the other part of my order , I am told that he was Hijacked and I should call ONE DAY ONLY ( who has no telephone contact number). I call DPD Laser to confirm the drivers story and it checks out. I send them (One Day Only) an email since they don't have any contact numbers listed. No response to first email, send a second email on Tuesday , a lady by the name of Caitlyn responds , they are not aware of the hijacking and will verify and get back to me. To date I have not received the replacement parcel , I have had to email Caitlyn everyday who apologies for the frustration and they are working on it. No formal communication from ONE DAY ONLY to explain what had happened to my parcel. This is a Back Pack that I have ordered for my travels, explainng that I require it or I have to go and buy another one. After explaining to her that I will not be around if they delivery later than Friday 13/12/2024. No one cares, sent another email early this morning 13/12/2024 still haven't received a response. This is the kind of customer service we have to put up with, as a regular customer of ONE DAY ONLY since 2017. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS and is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC ,
