Wrong product, wrong product...

Two weeks ago I ordered a Charge-It 10 000mAh Dual-Port Power Bank with Built-in Torch - looked like a great deal!

On Friday I received an horrible China Mall 8000 mAh piece of *******, that looks nothing like the advertised product and has none of the advertised features...

Please can someone explain what happened? (And also send someone to replace or collect..?)
