Wrong Item and poor assistance

bought a hilux kids car and when it arrived it was the wrong one. They used the picture of the more expensive car and delivered the cheaper 1. After several emails with Casey C Still nothing has happened. Every time she request more info and pictures. I have send the picture of the box and the picture of the car inside the box. Now they request that I send a picture of every bolt and part inside the box . You can clearly see that it is not the same car but they keep wasting time with the hope that you will just leave it and you keep the car. Even after a phone conversation I still need to send more and more pictures
