Would be great if you get what you purchased

OneDayOnly's service levels has seriously degraded over the years. I placed an order on 2 December. Still haven't received a shipping notification. Last response I got was last Thursday saying \sometime next week". That's not good enough! On checkout you specify delivery in 5 to 10 working days. We are now on working day 12 and no shipping notification. OneDayOnly is fast becoming an unreliable source. You purchase a product"
