WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

I have had the worst service ever from this company!! I bought a smart watch from them on the 23 December 2019 - after about 2 weeks the watch did not work any more the company gave me a new one which also did not work after 2 weeks! Its now the 5th of March and I AM STILL WAITING for my refund as they promised to me. This has been the worst service i have ever received. Phumzile has been assisting me and you know what your service is terrible! Your company does not know what customer service is at all. how much longer do i have to wait and keep emailing just to get a refund to your product that was not working. I would never in my life recommend anybody to buy something from them as you will not get any satisfaction or service form them,
