WORST SERVICE EVER!

I bought a smart watch from the company. i did not have the watch for 2-3 weeks and the it just stop working. not connecting to my phone at all. sometimes not even coming on. i have logged a query with them online the 23rd of December already. Up until today i have still not received any proper feedback as a customer should, every time its the same excuse no they are waiting for a different company to give them feedback. I am sitting with something that is not working, they do not care about any customer service! I would never buy anything from them again as i would also not recommend them to anyone at all!
