Worst service ever-

The worst place to buy a birthday gift.. I bought my hubby a gift on February 2nd.Today is the 7th of April still no sign of the gift or the apparent refund.It's been quiet except if I enquire and the response is never helpful. Instead, you wait and wait and wait. I'm not happy with the service and I am tired.
