worst service ever and order takes longer than 10-15 working days

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! ive been waiting for my order for 24 days know, including the 17 work days, the DO NOT RESPOND ON EMAIL which ive send numerous times, the whatsapp number is also waste of time, ive receive one update with my waybill number that my order is on its way, but i cant even track it because fastway does not pic the number up on their system. ONE DAY ONLY has the worst customer service and orders take longer than 10-15 working days that is 3 weeks
