Worst service ever.

So shocked by the lack of service! Been ver patient but enough is enough. We ordered something from OneDayOnly and realized it was faulty when it got delivered. We had it sent back, only to not hear from them again. I have to keep following up on them and it's been 2 months now with no indication as to when we will receive our money back, and occassionally we will get an email stating our product will be returned in the next few days. Like I said, it's been months now. Oh and don't even try to contact them with an issue, they hardly ever respond in time, if you are lucky you'll get a reply 2-3 weeks down the line. I guess we can just say goodbye tothe money we spent on them as I cannot get an answer out of them.
