Worst service ever

I can't express the level of disappointment I have when it comes to this company and its customer service. Surely this is against the law, you can't offer products to the masses each and every day, and once they pay for the products they would love to have - then you go silence and keep the money we worked hard for.. I'm going also report this on SAFPS AND ISPA, because what this company is doing, is against certain electronic communications and transactions act..
