Worst service

The worst returns experience I've ever had. Not only do i still have the item that I'm trying to return since early Jan, now nobody is responding to me about said return. To make matters worse, when i tried to reach out via their WhatsApp channel all i get is a please be patient, we already have your query and we're working on it.
