Worst service as a Online retailer with returning of items and refunds

Very bad service when it comes to the return of a item and refund of it and they charge you a collection fee for collection of the item. I still don't have my refund and now also have no product after 2 weeks going back forth via email. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed.
