Worst service and very poor feedback

Dates and delivery times were confirmed, 2days in a row I've waited. After numerous emails and phone calls , I received an email stating the delivery for the area will take place after 3 , still nothing on day to by 7:30 pm. Not a phone call , mail or anything to assist me. So going on to day 3 ..... I've paid on time , they thanked me and no product, poor service and even worse communication. I would not recommend them or their delivery company UTI to anybody. Nothing more frustrating than to get times , 2 days In a row, waiting for delivery . A complete waste of time! My first and last time. Once again , another suppliers that over promises and under deliver! I can't afford to do this in my bussines, unbelievable that I have to take this from a service company and just not getting sufficient feedback on the issue at hand. Never again, ONEDAYONLY and UTI , not acceptable.
