Worst service

The worst service provider!

I purchased 3 items from them, which I received. On unboxing the parcels I discovered that the mirror was damaged and the duvet inner’s quality is not as advertised and the quality is rather poor. I immediately logged a return request, that was Monday the 12 of May 2025. The mirror issue was resolved , they promised to collect the other item which they have not collected to this day (19-05-2025) and I’ve been promised tomorrow’s since Friday! This is inconvenience and it is unacceptable!😡😡😡
