Worst return process in my life! Think twice before buying important items

All I can say it’s all good when you purchase but the return process is really horrible. I’ve been a OneDayOnly customer for years but this year bought a somewhat medium furniture item…won’t get into the the actual item cos itself was a horror story but just the return process at one day is the most painful ever! I’m approaching 3 weeks with no resolution on the return and now they’re not even responding to my emails. Beyond frustrating and hope my review helps someone to not buy big important items in case you need to return in you will cry for your hard earned money.
