Worst online shop in SA

Worst online service ever. I have bought 2 packages both of them was sent to the wrong address. The first time I picked it up and let them know. They delivered it later but the parcel was so damage I had to return it. The second time after changing the address on their system as it automatically even after you put in you address changes it to a town ship in polokwane they still sent it there. I have been on with their delivery service(Fast and Furious) for more than a week them promising it will be delivered the next day. Let's hope I get it next week and it is not damaged but i have my doubts.
