Worst online shop

Please do not use this online platform. I purchased an item from them and received it used and incomplete. After many weeks, I received a recent update from ODO stating that they have yet to receive a response from the seller to process my refund. Furthermore, I even noted that a new item could be sent as a replacement, but they have now retracted that agreement. I will definitely escalate this matter if a resolution is not reached soon.
