Worst Ever First Time Experience with One Day Only!!!!!!

Firstly, there is no number to call them. You can only communicate via email. Its been 3 weeks and I still don't have my complete order. Order # ********** . One of the items in my order was a "Set of Two GreenPan Casserole Dishes" I only got one Casserole delivered to me two days ago.

I am dealing with a service agent by the name of Nastassja Damon. At first she rep**** to my emails very promptly, but now I get no response. I have given her all the details of the actual package. She first asked me if the package seal was broken or if it was tampered with. I told her it looked fine. She has now escalated this to the warehouse who will contact the supplier, and said the supplier might require the item back. Have no idea why!!!

Cant they just deliver me the casserole that I did not receive! I just want what I paid for. P.S Also still waiting for a Tan Leather Bag that was in the same order. Just ridiculous....
