WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - OneDayDeal

To keep the review simple so that everyone take note of this worst experience from OneDayDeal -

1) Bought 2x of the same product on OneDayDeal for Christmas for the kids ; 2) Products arrived but 1x differed from the right product ; 3) Requested that they exchange the incorrect product for the right product ; 4) Had a few replies that they need to find the product ; 5) Eventually notified me that they got the product and will be exchanging the product ; 6) I had to first send back the incorrect product before they will send me the right product ; 7) After the received the returned product, I was notified that their courier lost the parcel out of the van and that they will refund me ;

The problem is if it was a massive electronic equipment such as a TV, i had to spent money that i have to pay interest on just to be refunded the capital amount

ABSOLUTELY BULL****!!! - This is the reason why business in South Africa is suffering (bad services rendered).
