Worst customer service ever.

The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my life. NO REPLIES TO EMAILS. NO COMMUNICATION!!!!!!! All you get is a cutesy automated replay. The only way you can get them to respond is by posting something here. (Hopefully) SO: I have been waiting since 9 December for a return to be picked up. What the hell?
