Worst Customer Service Deserves ZERO rating

My return was logged on the 2 May, the item was collected on the 10th, today is the 25th. So it takes a whole month for one day only to make a decision on this. i order a amazon fire stick 2nd Gen Grade A+, what I got was the lite, not only that the remote had been to world war 2 and back. Till today I'm still waiting, they ate telling me about their supplier, I didn't buy from a third party I bought from ODO, surely by now the issue should be resolved, I dont want that product, please refund me so that i can carry on with my life. This silent wait and not getting a definite answer from ODO is frustrating.
