Worst customer service

I ordered 3 items, upon delivery the order was split, 1 item delivered on the 2nd of December, the other part delivered the next day to a wrong address, I received an email to say my order was delivered. 1st of all there is no direct contact to contact them, I had to log an enquiry on the website of which I received an email to say that they will investigate with the couriers, a lot of back and forth with different people responding on email, so you don’t deal with one person, the outstanding order ended up being delivered on the 5th, the box damaged. I had already logged a return earlier for my refund. This is when they started to no longer respond to my emails, they are clearly ignoring me, no communication whatsoever.
