WORST COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE

I ordered a pair of shoes on this platform on the 10th of June 2020. I received my confirmation of order on the 11th of June 2020.

On the 30th of June I sent an email requesting an update to which I recognized an automated response with no significant information.

I have sent additional emails to which I have received no feedback or communication from the platform. I’m utterly disappointed. As it has been 27 working days since the confirmation of order and I still have no idea when I will receive my goods
