WORST BLACK FRIDAY SITE EVER

Worst Black Friday Experience of ALL of the sites I have shopped on.

I logged on this morning to see what deals one day only had. I saw a dog bed I have been trying to purchase so I attempted to add it to my cart. Lo and behold... surprise surprise... the add to cart button is completely broken and unresponsive... after retrying several times over several hours I gave up on the web site and downloaded the app... I clicked many many times trying to get the dog bed into my cart... while I was doing this I saw that they had just released one of the 100 percent off offers so I clicked to add it to my cart... By some strange fluke it actually added the item to the cart,,, along with 2 dog beds instead of 1 buy hey... I then clicked on my cart to checkout... Surprise surprise... the icon on the bottom of the page informed me I had three items in my cart but the actual checkout page kept telling me my cart was empty... I spent half an hour refreshing that cart trying to get the checkout page to even appear... When it finally appeared the supposed 100 percent off deal was conveniently sold out... I tried to checkout anyway as I was still trying to buy the dog bed... surprise surprise... the payment page... completely broken... I cannot pay via credit card... or eft or even ebucks... and now the entire app is broken. When I filed a complaint with support I got a nice email telling me I was not the 'fastest finger'. Seriously? I was not the fastest finger when I immediately selected my cart and their server was too broken to load the page so I could continue? I am sorry but that is not a ME issue one day only... that is a YOU issue.
