Worse service ever!!!!!! And still no parcel

<p>I placed my order in the 17 December 2016which was the worse experience ever with payment and then</p> <p>I received a SMS on the 23 December from them (OneDayOnly) saying my parcel will be delivered in 1-3 days and my parcel is with DSV . To date 4 January 2017 I have not received anything yet. I called DSV who had confirmed they have not collected my order from you yet. Order 483470</p> <p>I must of send about 10 emails and no response</p>
