Withholding refund without cause!

I ordered a table and received the delivery on the the 3rd May 2023. I logged a return the very same day as I opened the table and it was damaged. It's now the 29th of May and I still haven't been refunded. This is absolutely shocking! The customer agent is *********** and can't even get my name right let alone help me! This is unacceptable!
