Why are you letting us down Onedayonly?

I bought a bluetooth speaker for my father in May already. The parcel was delivered on the 4th of June 2019. When I opened my parcel there was a Amazon Firestick in the parcel which was not what I ordered.

I did make contact with OnedayOnly and they did advise me that it must have being a warehouse picking error which is human and I can understand it.

It was a huge strugge to get the parcel back to Ondedayonly and also resulted that today the 19th of June, I still have nothing to show for my money. No speaker...and also keep in mind that fathers day is over, I had to rush the weekend to buy my dad something else.

I did request a refund as I am no longer interested in receiving the speaker as it is of no use to me now.

Can someone please assist to get my refund sorted?
