Where is the other half of my order???

Order no ********** was placed on 23 Nov 2018. Within a week, we received part of the order, with "the balance to follow"... We have followed up three times in writing using OneDayOnly's "contact us" page on their website. Automated replies and endless excuses later, we still have nothing... Sadly, there's no contact number to call, so you can't speak to anyone & the 082 number published by Google just rings and rings. Part of the order was for Christmas gifts and games for our family holiday, placed A MONTH BEFORE CHRISTMAS and clearly we're not going to receive those now. On their website the order says "Dispatched"... and the delivery tracking link says "Error 404 page not found"... No one to speak to, no sensible replies... Be careful when ordering from these guys - when the order works, it works well. When there's a problem, there's ZERO way to resolve it... After many successful orders from your guys, this one has been a diabolical mess and your back up customer service is non-existent. Thanks OneDayOnly. Our Christmas Holiday is likely ruined. Extremely frustrated....
