Where is my order

I have supported OneDayOnly for a long time. However, since the lockdown the service has been shocking. I ordered 3 items in one order, one of which was a music system of approximately R8000, only to be informed after many enquiries and the passing of 3 weeks that 2 of the items, including the music system, could not be supp****. On 4 June I ordered another 3 items - 2 of those have been delivered, but the 3rd (and most expensive) is yet to arrive. What makes matters worse is that there is no means to contact them, except by filling in an e-mail form on their website - and the only response you receive is a generic reply!!!!
