Where is my order??

I ordered something on ODO and three days ago they sent me an email to say that my parcel has been shipped and guess what, I am still waiting. I proceeded to call their couriers, Fast+Furious. Michelle assisted me with my order and she said that the parcel was never picked up and is still with ODO.

The website has no disclaimer about delayed deliveries so I would assume it is business as usual, especially since i got a shipped notification.

This is the 2nd time i have had issues with ODO. It's disgusting.
